I had a great stay at Venecia Hotel & Spa. The location was fantastic, right in front of the river and close to downtown - I could easily walk to explore the city. The hotel was comfortable and offered reasonable prices. The staff, especially Ekatirina at the front desk, was extremely helpful. There was also a grocery market nearby which was convenient. I would recommend this hotel.

Guests can appreciate helpful staff members and good Wi-Fi. There is also a good restaurant next door that is convenient for visitors.

The hotel appears to have some issues with upfront payment and their reception staff's communication skills could use improvement.
